At Resilience Center for Mental Wellness, we believe healing happens not only individually, but through connection, understanding, and shared experiences.
Our group therapy and support programs are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and professionally guided environment where individuals can learn coping skills, build confidence, improve relationships, and realize they are not alone in their struggles.
Our groups are led by experienced mental health professionals and are developed to support children, adolescents, adults, families, and specialized populations throughout the Hemet and San Jacinto Valley communities.
Whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, behavioral challenges, life transitions, or emotional isolation, our goal is to provide practical tools, emotional support, and a path toward long-term wellness.
Anxiety & Depression Support Group
A supportive and welcoming group designed for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Participants are encouraged to share experiences, build coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and connect with others in a safe and understanding environment.
Grief Support Group
Our Grief Support Group provides compassionate support for individuals coping with the loss of a loved one, relationship, or major life change. This group offers a safe space to process emotions, receive encouragement, and navigate the healing journey alongside others who understand loss and grief.
Parenting Classes
Our Parenting Classes are designed to help parents and caregivers build healthy communication, positive discipline strategies, emotional connection, and confidence in parenting. Topics may include child behavior, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and strengthening parent-child relationships.
Family Support for Addiction
This group is designed to support family members and loved ones affected by addiction or substance use. Participants gain education, emotional support, communication tools, boundary-setting strategies, and guidance for navigating the challenges that addiction can place on families and relationships.
Anger Management Support Group
The Anger Management Support Group helps individuals better understand emotional triggers, improve communication skills, and develop healthy coping strategies for managing anger and frustration. The group focuses on emotional regulation, conflict resolution, stress management, and building healthier relationships.
