Policies & Fees

Here, we provide essential information to help you understand our procedures, billing practices, and expectations for care. Our goal is to maintain a supportive, transparent environment for all patients, making your experience as smooth and informed as possible. Whether you’re visiting our Hemet location or connecting with us through telehealth, please review these details to ensure that you’re familiar with our payment options, insurance policies, session scheduling, and cancellation requirements.

Standard Fees

  • The fees are $150 with an associate therapist, $175 with a licensed therapist and $225 per 50-minute session for couples & family counseling.

  • Co-parenting classes (3-4 weeks) start at $200.00 per person.

  • $95.00 For any letter required to be written on your behalf. Insurance will not cover this service.

  • Adoption Services Fees depend upon the circumstances. A contract will be in place prior to any services being delivered with the cost clearly stated. Birth-parent advisement fees are per birth parent. The total fee range from $1000.00-$1500.00. Most insurance will not cover these costs.

 

Fee Policy

Resilience Center for Mental Wellness accepts cash and major credit cards. This portal allows for payment anytime (day or night) and is a convenient way to pay your fees. All fees are expected to be paid in full prior to each session

 

Cancellation of Appoinments: We adhere to a 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy. You are expected to pay for your session if you do not cancel within 24 hours. Insurance does not cover this cost.
