Resilience Center for Mental Wellness is a growing group practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health services to clients in Riverside County and throughout California via telehealth. Our practice fosters a collaborative and supportive environment for both clients and clinicians. We are seeking Associate-level clinicians—Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASW)—to join our team and help us deliver impactful, evidence-based care to our diverse community.

As an Associate Therapist at Resilience Center for Mental Wellness, you will work under the supervision of a licensed clinician to provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients. This role offers flexible scheduling, with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. You will gain valuable clinical experience, expand your skill set, and receive support and mentorship in a structured, collaborative setting as you work toward licensure.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate at the Resilience Center for Mental Wellness, you will:

Conduct assessments and assist in developing treatment plans under supervision

Provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based therapy to clients of various ages

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings
-
Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure the highest quality care
-
Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with state regulations and professional guidelines

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
-
Active California registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW
-
Strong desire to work with a diverse client population

Interest in a variety of treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Basic proficiency in EHR systems and general computer skills

Job Description:

Resilience Center for Mental Wellness is a thriving group practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health services to individuals and families in Riverside County and across California through telehealth. We prioritize the well-being of our clients, creating a supportive, collaborative environment for our team of clinicians. We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our practice and help us serve our diverse client base.

As a Licensed Therapist at Resilience Center for Mental Wellness, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients struggling with a variety of mental health issues. This position offers flexible scheduling with both in-person and telehealth options. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing effective treatment plans and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide culturally competent, evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field

Active California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
-
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)

Experience with a range of treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills
